Advantages of using YE3 series three-phase asynchronous motors

In fact, people continue to use YE3 series three-phase asynchronous motors for the following reasons.
1. Better protection performance. The structural design of YE3 series three-phase asynchronous motors meets the protection requirements for external solids and water splashes, and effectively prevents foreign objects from damaging the motor and the human body.
2. Reliable operation and long service life. The windings of the YE3 series three-phase asynchronous motors adopt Class B insulation. If the height does not exceed 1000 meters, the cooling air temperature does not exceed 40°C, and the temperature rise limit of the motor stator winding (resistance method) does not exceed 80K. Therefore, except for a few specifications, the temperature rise of the motor is generally above 15K. The greater the temperature rise margin, the longer the life of the motor and the higher the reliability of the motor.
3. Low noise and low vibration. The sound power and noise standards of YE3 series three-phase asynchronous motors are divided into level 1 and level 2 according to the noise limit selected by the user.
4. Beautiful and generous. The appearance of the main structural parts such as the end cover, junction box and engine cover of the YE3 series three-phase asynchronous motor is more beautiful than the traditional old products.
5. High work efficiency. The YE3 series three-phase asynchronous motors maintain the advantage of high efficiency. With the improvement of motor efficiency, they have brought huge economic benefits to the society.
